Once we are out in the field evaluating homes with you, we take a critical approach at all times- pointing out all possible negative and positive items of each home (i.e. commute distance, school ratings, condition of the home, layout, etc.).
Once a find a home you love, we communicate closely with the listing team and monitor the interest level. We also do an in-depth analysis of the inspection reports and disclosures with you. This step is vital, and we are experts with a much deeper level of understanding than most agents.
We pride ourselves on our negotiation skills and track record. We love to get great houses for our clients - at great prices. We do everything possible to make that happen.
Once in contract, we guide our clients through every step of the process to make it smooth.
At the closing, we'll walk you through the major systems of the house so you understand how to turn off the electrical system, the water, the gas, etc.

We return and review all of the items that were in the inspection reports that should be addressed, and look for any new concerns. We can help you prepare for long-term home ownership items like gutter cleaning, tree care, and upgrades.
