Mountain View

Named after its views of the Santa Cruz Mountains, Mountain View is one of the principal communities of Silicon Valley. Mountain View began as a train station between cities in the Bay Area and was officially incorporated in 1902. The pioneers of the city were buried at Mercy and Church, which later became the modern day site of Pioneer Park. Today, Mountain View is considered one of the best places to live in the Bay Area.

With approximately 75,000 residents, Mountain View offers a variety of properties including ranch-style homes in Springer Meadows and Spanish-style estates in Cuernavaca. It also offers business parks in the North Shoreline neighborhood and offers several notable private schools such as Khan Lab School, Saint Francis High School, German International School of Silicon Valley, and Yew Chung International School of Silicon Valley.

Mountain View is known for its pedestrian-friendly downtown which offers Michelin-starred restaurants, cafes, brew pubs, and more. The community prides itself on its well-built residential areas that offer parks, playgrounds and recreational areas.

We love Mountain View for its high-tech heart (where else do you see robots cruising down Main St?), award-winning schools, and lively downtown offering nightclubs and authentically prepared cuisines from around the globe.
